Our Location
The location of Cloud Nine Dutch bay Wilpattu
We are situated 15 km from Puttalam town on the Old Mannar-Puttalam Road, en route to Mannar, and just a 25-minute drive from Wilpattu National Park. Our resort faces Dutch Bay and is within walking distance of the lagoon where the Mi Oya River meets it. A 30-minute boat ride from our location will take you to the enchanting lagoon islands of Odeyapitiya (Udayurputi) and Pannipitiya, cherished by local fishermen and villagers. Additionally, we are located just 50 meters from the Pubudugama Conservation Forest, also providing easy access to the historical Kingdom of Thambapanni (land of coppery sand), where the legendary meeting between Vijaya and Kuveni took place.
